Version 2.0. Last updated 2026-10-28.
Every model on AI Hub is made by a model maker whose own terms apply to your requests, as section 3 of our terms of service sets out. This page is part of those terms. It lists each maker’s terms and which of the restrictions in section 3 they apply.
A “Yes” means the maker’s terms forbid that use, so section 3 forbids it for that maker’s models. Reverse engineering a model and defeating its safety filters are forbidden for every maker.

A model can be served through a cloud provider as well as by its maker. Where it is, that cloud provider’s terms also apply to the request. The console shows which cloud served each request.
Makers change their terms from time to time, and we update this page when they do. The version of a maker’s terms in force when you send a request applies to it. We email you only when we add a restriction for a maker whose models you have used in the previous 90 days.
