Terms of service

Version 2.0. Last updated 2026-10-28.

These terms govern your use of the BeLive AI Hub console and API. They sit under BeLive’s Terms & Conditions, which apply to your relationship with us generally. Where these terms conflict with those, those govern. Our privacy policy describes what we do with your data.

1. Your account

You need an account, a verified email address and at least one API key to use the service. Keep your password and your keys secret: anything done with your key counts as done by you, and you are responsible for the usage and the cost it produces. Tell us at support@belive.sg if a key is exposed, and revoke it in the console — revocation takes effect immediately.

You must give accurate account information and keep it current. Accounts are for a person or an organization of legal age to enter a contract; AI Hub is not for anyone under 18.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use AI Hub to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to generate content you are not allowed to generate. Do not attempt to reach another organization’s data, to circumvent spend caps or any other limit, or to disrupt the service.

3. Models and their providers

Every request you send is served by a provider: a model provider or a cloud service. That provider’s terms and acceptable-use policy apply to the request as well as ours, and you are responsible for complying with them. Our provider terms page lists the terms for each model maker, for example Google Cloud’s Service Specific Terms and Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy for Google models. The version of a provider’s terms in force when you send a request applies to it. We update the provider terms page as providers and their terms change. We email you under section 9 only when we add a restriction for a model maker whose models you have used in the previous 90 days.

Some provider terms restrict what you may do with a model and with its output, meaning what the model returns to you. You must not, and must not let anyone who uses a model through your account or your application:

  • use a model’s output to train, fine-tune, distil or otherwise build or improve a model that does the same kind of work as the model that produced it, or that is meant to replace it, where that provider’s terms forbid it;
  • reverse engineer a model or AI Hub, or extract a model’s weights, components or training data, through prompts or any other way;
  • defeat or bypass a provider’s safety filters;
  • build a product or service that competes with that model or with the provider’s AI service, where that provider’s terms forbid it;
  • use a model in a service aimed at, or likely to be used by, people under 18, where that provider’s terms forbid it.

The provider terms page says which model makers apply the first, fourth and fifth restrictions. Comparing models, switching between them and fallback routing are not restricted. Neither is fine-tuning a provider’s model through that provider’s own tuning feature on its terms.

These restrictions apply to everyone who uses a model through your account or your application. Put them in your own terms; you are responsible for their compliance.

If a provider asks us to show that you comply with its terms, you must promptly give us the information about your use that we reasonably request, and we may pass it to that provider.

4. The service as it stands

AI Hub is in active development. Models, providers and prices change; endpoints may be added, changed or withdrawn; features may be altered. We do not promise a service level or uninterrupted availability, and the service is provided as is, to the extent BeLive’s Terms & Conditions allow.

5. Prices and payment

Usage can be priced per token, image, request or video second, and can vary by time or mode, at the catalogue rate shown for the call, in US dollars. A model can run on more than one cloud, each at its own price shown on the model’s page, and a request is charged at the price of the cloud that served it. If that cloud fails or is unavailable and the request moves to another, the price can change with it. The console shows which cloud served each request and what it cost. Card payment is open to all accounts. It is taken through Stripe’s embedded card form or hosted checkout, and the amounts and taxes shown there apply.

6. Your content, and ours

You keep every right you have in what you send and in what the models return to you. Section 3 limits what you may do with output. You grant us only the permission we need to run your request: to transmit it to the provider you selected and return the answer. We do not use your prompts or outputs to train models. We store them only as the privacy policy describes, for example the result of an asynchronous request until you collect it. Rights in AI Hub itself — the software, the console and the documentation — stay ours.

7. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or another customer at risk, or where the law requires it. We may also suspend your access to a provider’s models, or your account, if we reasonably believe you or your users have broken that provider’s terms, or if the provider asks us to. Where circumstances allow, we tell you first. You may close your account at any time — email support@belive.sg, and see Deleting your data.

8. Liability

The limits of liability and the disclaimers in BeLive’s Terms & Conditions apply to this service and are not repeated here.

9. Changes to these terms

We update the date at the top when these terms change, and we email the address on your account before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and by the governing-law and dispute clauses of BeLive’s Terms & Conditions where those differ.
